Role Objective:
Are you an experienced and detail-driven Executive Assistant looking for an exciting new opportunity supporting the President ANZ at Live Nation? In this pivotal role, you’ll provide comprehensive support to ensure the President’s time is well-managed and priorities are clear. From managing complex calendars and travel schedules to preparing briefing materials, presentations, and professional correspondence, you’ll be trusted with the day-to-day operations of the President’s office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Executive support: Provide high-quality administrative assistance, managing competing demands and proactively addressing needs.
  • Diary management: Maintain a well-organised calendar, ensuring the President is prepared and briefed in advance.
  • Travel coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, flights, and accommodation.
  • Correspondence management: Handle and prioritise communications, ensuring timely responses and professionalism.
  • Stakeholder liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Document preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring clarity and high-quality output.
  • Event support: Assist with major events, including coordination and hosting, as required.
  • Ad-hoc support: Assist with special projects, administrative requests, and supporting the SVP Finance, as needed.


What you’ll bring:

  • Proven Experience: Experience supporting C-suite executives, managing complex schedules, and providing seamless day-to-day assistance.
  • Initiative & Anticipation: Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative without being asked.
  • Organised & Deadline-Driven: Outstanding time management, planning, and ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Advanced verbal and written communication skills with an ability to be clear, professional, and impactful.
  • Discretion & Diplomacy: Trusted with sensitive information, demonstrating confidentiality and sound judgment.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with new systems.
  • Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Resilient & Resourceful: Ability to thrive under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
  • Relationship Builder: Personable and professional with an ability to build strong, respectful relationships while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
