Founder & CEO
What started out as a hope of building a better live music industry has turned into a thriving education institute. Luke is the founder and strategist behind Industri Education. Prior to this, he was the founder of the Hi Fi Group for over a decade, managing venues in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. His strong industry relationships have positioned him as a key player in Australia's live music industry who is vocal about the benefits of education in creating meaningful careers.
At Industri Education, Luke leverages his extensive network and deep industry insights to create unique opportunities for both the institution and its students. His strategic vision focuses on bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world industry demands, ensuring that Industri graduates are not just prepared, but are sought after in the live music industry.
Head of Marketing and Industry Partnerships
Evet provides course development expertise to Industri Education through his decades of experience in the live music industry and the performing arts sector. With a background in marketing, strategy and artist management, Evet has managed the careers of musicians with multiple ARIA award wins, platinum records, and live ticket sales in the hundreds of thousands both locally and internationally.

Head of Education
Jesse Hooper brings over 25 years of lived music industry experience to Industri Education, and it shows in everything he does. As a founding member of multi-platinum bands Killing Heidi and The Verses, a four-time ARIA Award winner, and an #1 hit songwriter, Jesse has toured alongside Fleetwood Mac, Counting Crows, and INXS, collaborated with legendary producers, and built successful touring and recording companies from the ground up.
Following a decade shaping audio programs at Collarts, Jesse joins Industri as Head of Education with one clear goal: closing the gap between the classroom and the career. He knows what it takes to build courses that actually prepare students for the industry, because he's lived every part of it, from the recording studio to the arena stage to the boardroom.
