This hands-on short course gives you the essential skills to launch your career as a tour manager. From logistics and budgeting to advancing shows and handling crises, you’ll explore what it really takes to manage artists, crew, and venues on the road.

On completion of this course, you will know how to:

  • Book accommodation, transport, and backline
